From Concept
to Completion
Three tiers of service, one standard of excellence. Every project — from a soft goods refresh to a green aircraft completion — receives the same attention to material, detail, and craft.
Soft Goods Refresh
A considered renewal of your cabin's tactile surfaces. Seat upholstery, carpet, headliner, sidewall coverings, and curtains — replaced with materials selected from our library and certified to FAR 25.853.
The cabin structure remains untouched. The experience is transformed. Ideal for aircraft entering charter service or owners who want a seasonal material rotation.
- Scope
- Upholstery, carpet, headliner, curtains
- Typical Duration
- 3–8 weeks
- Aircraft
- All categories
- Certification
- FAR 25.853 material compliance
Interior Refurbishment
Beyond soft goods: veneer refinishing or replacement, cabinetry modifications, galley upgrades, lavatory renovation, lighting system integration, and cabin management system installation.
This is where transformation happens. The aircraft's bones stay; the interior becomes something new. We engineer every modification for weight compliance and certify through STC where required.
- Scope
- Veneer, cabinetry, lighting, CMS, galley, lavatory
- Typical Duration
- 14–24 weeks
- Aircraft
- Midsize through ultra-long-range
- Certification
- STC as required, EASA Part 21 / FAA Part 25
Full Cabin Completion
Green aircraft to finished cabin. We take delivery of an unfurnished fuselage and design, engineer, build, and install every element of the interior — from the structural mounting points to the last stitch in the headliner.
Full completions are our signature work. Typical scope includes 14+ metres of bookmatched veneer cabinetry, bespoke seating with zero-gravity positioning, integrated circadian lighting, Bombardier-grade cabin management systems, galley with full appliance suite, stone-finished lavatory, and Indian silk or wool carpet throughout.
Every full completion is managed from our Copenhagen workshop at Kastrup Airport, with a dedicated project team assigned from concept through delivery ceremony.
- Scope
- Complete interior — design through delivery
- Typical Duration
- 6–18 months
- Aircraft
- Large cabin, ultra-long-range, widebody (BBJ/ACJ)
- Certification
- Full STC, EASA Part 21, FAA Part 25

Certification & Compliance
Aviation interior work is among the most regulated disciplines in design. Every material is fire-tested, every modification is engineered for flight loads, and every installation is inspected to airworthiness standards. We hold or work under the following certifications:
EASA Part 21
European Aviation Safety Agency design organisation approval. Governs all modifications to type-certificated aircraft in European jurisdiction.
FAA Part 25
U.S. Federal Aviation Administration airworthiness standards for transport category aircraft. Defines fire protection, structural loads, and emergency egress.
FAR 25.853
Material flammability standard. Every interior material — leather, veneer, carpet, textile — must pass vertical burn, smoke density, and heat release tests.
STC
Supplemental Type Certificate. Required for major modifications. We manage the full STC process from engineering through authority approval.
