Katrine oversees every LUNDEN project from contract signature through acceptance flight — managing timelines, vendor coordination, regulatory submissions, and quality inspections. She implemented LUNDEN's quality management system to AS9100D aerospace standards and conducts the final cabin inspection on every completed aircraft. Her operations background ensures that the creative vision of the design team is delivered on schedule and within budget, without compromise.
